There
are two full moons in July and the Harvest moon in August/September,
however there are at least 3 moons in each month that you would be
hard pressed to say it was not full.
For
star gazers or star parties, there is about a week and half of every
month, in
which the sky is completely free of light, making it possible to see
stars from horizon to horizon. And if the water conditions are right
the reflection of the stars off the water, makes it feel as if the
stars are below you as well, I call it the "gliding through space" ...
it is an unbelievable sensation, you don't have to be an astronaut
to experience moving through the galaxy.
It doesn't get any
better!
